Deepscan Operations
HESCO and CITA SYSTEMS, INC. have joined forces in an application-driven strategic alliance: v DeepScan Operations

The new joint-venture is the technology partner to the new Deepscan Consortium, which includes the world’s largest offshore oil & gas production companies.

HESCO and CITA have been chosen to supply DeepScan Consortium with Phase 1 R&D services, including High Energy X-ray CT scanning with the CITA 201 System. Phase 2 will include production of CT Systems for in-service inspection of flexible risers sub-sea, at depths of several kilometers.

Why HESCO and CITA Systems?
HESCO and CITA Systems offer the best High Energy X-ray & CT/DR technology for the task at hand, because DeepScan Operations is the world’s only manufacturer of both linacs and CT/DR systems, and provider of High Energy X-ray NDT services - all under one roof - and is uniquely qualified to take on the DeepScan challenge.
